The rumors persist! Just what exactly is the game you guys are playing. Mr. Rick Arturo and Mr. Richard (Dick) Moore, just what do you expect to gain from being involved in the Web 2.0 community? Poor Josh and Jen have already been had :-( Let them go!
You (on the street is heard) have not paid them the $400,000 you posted a press release about. The ex-CEO Jack, takes you to court to stop your stock scams. I assume he left because of your “dirty dealings”. All you do is employee attorneys to try and scam everyone you meet. When will the madness stop? I was in Ontario and I personally saw what the bloggers are speaking about. Mr. Arturo, no one is buying your “aw shucks” banter! And Dick Moore, isn’t the SiVault debacle enough embarrassment for you? Give up boys….the party is odeover!

Odeover, that is pretty funny. I see the site is still up and I read they are planning a relaunch in December. I, for one, would like to see them succeed because it would be good for everyone in the Web 2.0 space. From the looks of your post, you disagree. In America, that is ok, but why wouldn't you give them a chance to realize their stated plans before writing such pointed comments?
It is so so Odeover....They had their chance 6 months ago.
The following has happened since then:
1. An attempted Pump and Dump stock scam!
2. A Civil Suit by the Founder and CEO. Missed two court appearance also!
3. Alexa rating tripled! Traffic halved!
4. Never paid Fireant a dime!
